THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER:
You must be aged 18 years or over and have completed the login procedure before item(s) are dispatched to you. You are entirely responsible for the safekeeping of your username and password and all orders you have previously placed. You must notify us immediately of any known unauthorised user or any other possible breach in security you suspect.
Reverend Hubert Ltd complies with all conditions of The Data Protection Act 1998.
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
You undertake and are responsible to ensure that all deliveries are taken by person/s aged 18 or over. A gift to a third party is only acceptable if that person is 18 or over.
Deliveries are made during Royal Mail delivery standards terms and sent by Second Class unless First Class has been paid for separately. Telephone numbers must be given for the recipient goods.
Goods are not able to be returned after the signing of a delivery other than those which are faulty or damaged. Upon proof of faulty goods, please email email@example.com these will receive a full refund or a replacement, which will be re-dispatched free of charge.
Where specific courier instructions are given e.g. leave with neighbour etc., you are entirely responsible for goods being received where our delivery solution have a POD (proof of delivery), and/or inform us that the goods were 'left as instructed'. You must ensure that any specific courier instructions given are correct, that the information provided ensures a safe and accurate delivery. Any goods which go 'missing' after the delivery is made will not be refunded.
In order to meet a quick delivery time (within reason) Reverend Hubert has the right to use any delivery courier.
USA AND REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERIES
We are unable to currently dispatch spirits to these destinations but take each request separately. Do get in touch for your gin requirements at firstname.lastname@example.org
You may cancel your order prior to the item(s) being dispatched. Please contact us at email@example.com as quickly as possible in order to confirm the cancellation and next steps. You are responsible for the collection costs and safe return of the cancelled goods to our head office if the items have already been dispatched.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If a breakage occurs before delivery, we will offer a replacement or a credit on the return of the broken item. Breakages must be notified by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within three working days. The broken goods are to be returned within a further 7 days from notification.
